Eventually it does, but that's not right. In the splash screen, each Resolve Page takes about a minute to load. Second issue: on Windows, it takes almost 8 minutes to launch Resolve. All three versions of resolve are running 18.1.3, so why would the Linux version say it's incompatible when the mac and windows versions work? it connects, but it tells me that the db is incompatible, so it doesn't show any of the projects. When it comes up, it doesn't automatically detect the shared db (presumably because it's a new installation), so I manually "Add Project Library" and under Connect I add the db name, IP address and credentials. Then I installed the linux version from scratch, from the BMD ISO. The Mac and Windows versions were upgraded from 18.0.x to 18.1.3, and both see the Resolve Project Server db no problem.

All are Studio licenses.įirst I upgraded the Resolve Project server to the latest version, which is 18.1.1 from November 2022.

We just upgraded all our machines to 18.1.3: Mac, Windows 10, Linux (CentOS 7.3).
